The submitted papers will undergo both the
preliminary review and peer review before it
should be accepted for publication. Accepted
papers will be presented at the conference by
one of the authors, and will be published in:
Conference Proceedings. Submissions will
be peer reviewed by conference committees, and
accepted papers will be published in the
conference proceedings, which will be indexed by
EI Compendex, Scopus, etc..
Journal of Image and Graphics.
Submissions will be reviewed by the conference
committees and journal editorial board, and
accepted papers will be published in
Journal of Image and Graphics, which will be
indexed by Google Scholar, Crossref, etc..
For authors who don't plan to get their papers published, it's acceptable to submit just abstracts for oral presentation without publication.
